Job Description
Site readiness: join the site survey to check site conditions, installation areas, access routes, work areas and critical site constraints, and prepare the site survey report on time; arrange site facilities, work areas, material storage and tools before mobilization; and check that drawings, documents, work methods, materials, machinery and manpower are ready before construction starts.
Materials and stock: receive and inspect materials and equipment for quantity, model, condition and documents against PO/BOM/approved materials, record receipts and keep stock current and traceable with the Site Admin and Project Coordinator, track material availability against the working plan, promptly report critical shortages to the PM/PE, and check stock, assets and remaining materials before demobilization.
Planning and progress: prepare and update working / look-ahead plans and track progress, manpower, equipment, constraints and activity readiness, explain daily plans and work sequences to the team and subcontractors before work starts, and escalate issues or constraints that may affect critical milestones or the Master Project Schedule to the PE/PM.
Quality and safety: inspect work with subcontractors before RFI; prepare and check F-CON 005 / ITP and F-CON 006 / inspection & test records; follow up first pass, findings, NCRs and punch lists until closed; compile test records for handover; attend safety training; prepare WI and JSA before work starts and brief KYT to the team and subcontractors; and inspect tools, machinery, lifting gear and PPE before use, banning anything that fails.
Coordination and handover: coordinate with PE, PM, Project Coordinator, Safety, QA/QC, Procurement, subcontractors and the client to solve site problems; keep site records, daily/weekly information, progress and inspection evidence traceable; maintain red-mark data for as-built drawings; help close F-CON 007 / Taking Over, punch lists, test reports and handover documents; and support site data for Por Kor 2 (พค.2) and other permits.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical or another engineering field relevant to the project.
Experience in site construction, site supervision, Solar EPC or engineering/construction projects is a plus.
Able to use AutoCAD and read drawings, specifications, BOQ/BOM, method statements, ITPs and basic construction documents, and keep site records, inspection records and red-mark data complete and traceable.
Detail-oriented and responsible, able to supervise subcontractors and track multiple activities under deadlines; plans and sequences site activities in line with the working plan and milestones, analyzes site problems and coordinates suitable solutions.
Able to work upcountry and be stationed at project sites in other provinces.
