Job Description
Project setup: prepare and coordinate approval of the organization chart and team appointment letters according to the approved structure, create project data in PPN and verify base data before site mobilization, arrange the site office, accommodation and support facilities, follow up on project insurance with the PM, and prepare project, ISO and related documents before work starts.
Procurement and materials: open PRs and track POs in line with the Master Project Schedule, lead times and required-on-site dates, coordinate material and equipment data with Engineering, PE/SE and Procurement before purchasing, create stock cards in ERP for material and asset transfers, run monthly stock checks with the Site Admin and resolve discrepancies, and verify stock cards and asset inventory before demobilization, including the return or transfer of assets.
Budget and cash flow: prepare and record forecast income in line with the Master Project Schedule and billing plan, and forecast outcome in line with the budget and work plan, update forecast payments and cash flow in/out on schedule, revise budgets in ERP to match the latest cost and forecast, prepare and follow up subcontractor and supplier payment documents, and monitor the clearing of site advances and project expenses.
Monitoring and coordination: update project progress in PPN weekly to match confirmed progress, track working plans, critical constraints, action owners and due dates, alert the PM to risks affecting milestones, support project meetings, action items and approvals, prepare reports assigned by the PM/SPM, coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Permit, Safety, O&M, BD and the client, and comply with ISO 9001:2015 and company rules.
Permits and handover: support and track Por Kor 2 (พค.2) and other permits so they do not delay the project, prepare and follow up F-CON 007 / Taking Over once conditions and permits are complete, collect product and equipment warranties, prepare permit, ISO and handover checklists, coordinate the handover document package for O&M and the client, and support BG / performance bond requests.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering or a related field.
Experience in project coordination, project administration or project control in construction, engineering or energy projects is a plus.
Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint and able to prepare reports and summaries to support the PM's decisions; understands ERP(Mango), project progress systems (PPN) or other project management systems.
Understands the basics of master project schedules, procurement lead times, budgets, cash flow, stock and payment processes.
Detail-oriented, highly responsible and able to manage multiple tasks under clear deadlines and pressure
Able to work upcountry and be stationed at project sites in other provinces.
