Job Description:
Handle the full process of applying for and following up on permits and licenses (e.g., construction, electrical, environmental, operation) for our EPC projects.
Communicate with government departments, local authorities, and consultants to make sure all documents are submitted correctly and on time.
Use the Mango system to keep records of all permits, including application dates, approval status, and when renewals are due.
Keep an eye on permit expiration dates and take action to renew them before they expire.
Prepare and submit all required documents, application forms, and technical drawings as needed by law.
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and legal teams to make sure each project has the right permits in place.
Stay updated on any changes to government rules or permit processes and adjust our procedures when needed.
Create regular updates and reports on the status of all permits for the team and company management.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in business, Law, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 2–3 years of experience in permit handling, especially in the EPC or construction field.
Experience using the Mango system or similar software for tracking permits and compliance.
Good understanding of how the permit process works in Thailand (or the country where the project is located).
Very organized and detail-oriented, able to handle several permit applications at once.
Good communication and coordination skills when working with both internal teams and external agencies.
Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of online documentation systems is a plus.
