Job Description
Manage day-to-day financial operations, cash flow and cash balances to ensure adequate liquidity for operations and growth.
Analyze the company's financial position and provide insights and recommendations to support management decisions.
Lead annual budgeting, financial forecasting and long-term financial planning.
Develop financial policies and procedures, and manage relationships with banks, auditors and financial institutions while ensuring compliance.
Lead, manage and develop the finance team to achieve departmental and company objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or Economics; MBA is preferred.
At least 4 years' experience with strong skills in financial controlling, treasury and cash management; renewable energy experience is preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and business metrics.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and accounting/ERP software.
Good understanding of tax laws and regulations relevant to the construction and renewable energy industries.
