Job Description:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other channels and provide initial product and service information.
Coordinate with potential clients throughout the sales process—from lead follow-up, proposal delivery, to scheduling meetings for the sales team.
Prepare sales documents, including quotations, technical proposals, and customized presentations.
Work with internal departments (engineering, BD, operations) to gather technical data and ensure accurate, complete proposal packages.
Update customer records and manage sales activity logs using CRM tools.
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth coordination in all sales-related tasks.
Occasionally join site visits or industry events to support business activities.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or admin roles (experience in the renewable energy or solar industry is a strong plus).
Good coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with sales and engineering teams.
Detail-oriented and organized; able to handle multiple tasks under pressure and deliver high-quality work.
Basic understanding of solar PV systems, EVs, O&M services, and energy-related solutions is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
Able to work in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
Valid driver’s license required; occasional travel for client meetings or site support may be necessary.
