Job Description
Handle day-to-day finance transactions, verify payment lists and process payments for management approval.
Prepare and verify accounting records and financial data, and support financial closing and reporting.
Manage cash flow and support cash management activities.
Handle tax-related matters and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations.
Prepare lending and borrowing documents and manage foreign exchange to minimize exchange-rate losses.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field; construction business experience is a plus.
Experience in AP, finance, accounting or payment coordination, including working with banks on financial facilities.
Good understanding of VAT, withholding tax and payment documentation.
Proficient in Mango (Mango Anywhere) and Excel.
Strong negotiation skills on credit and payment terms, and able to handle multiple transactions at once.
