Job Description:
Responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing all civil engineering aspects of solar energy projects. This includes site assessments, construction activities, and ensuring project execution aligns with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. The role also involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solar projects on time and within budget.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in civil engineering for construction or infrastructure projects, with at least 2 years in solar EPC or renewable energy projects.
Proven experience in site supervision, civil design, and construction management.
Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, including geotechnical and structural design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, and other civil engineering software.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent is preferred.
