Job Description:
Designing solar energy systems including photovoltaic (PV) arrays, inverters,
battery storage systems, and associated electrical components. This
involves determining system layouts, sizing components, and optimizing
system performance.
Applying electrical engineering principles and standards to develop safe,
reliable, and efficient solar energy systems. This includes selecting
appropriate electrical equipment, designing electrical wiring and
connections, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
Creating technical documentation, reports, and drawings detailing the
design, installation, and operation of solar energy systems. This includes
preparing construction drawings and equipment specifications.
Staying abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and best
practices in solar energy systems design and implementation. This includes
conducting research, attending conferences, and participating in
professional development activities to continually enhance knowledge and
skills.
As per Manager's assignments
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Strong understanding of Solar PV systems, energy technologies, and related
products and services. Experience in design solar system at least 1 year
Experience designing solar PV systems
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the
ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a high level of
adaptability and resilience.
Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a car, as occasional travel may be
required to meet with clients or attend industry events
Proficient AutoCAD skills
